Official Rules and Regulations
Sponsor
The sponsor of the Bourbon Raffle is Bravo Zulu Adventure Group (BZAG), a registered nonprofit organization (EIN: 92-1065829). Tickets may be purchased online at www.bzag.org starting January 1, 2025. Ticket sales will continue until the drawing date, scheduled for April 26, 2025, or until sold out. The drawing date, time, and location are subject to change at the sole discretion of BZAG.Eligibility
Participants must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, entrants confirm their eligibility and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Attendance at the Drawing
The winner does not need to be present to win. Anyone who purchases a ticket may attend the live drawing; however, attendance must be pre-arranged as venue capacity is limited.Odds of Winning
If sufficient tickets are sold, at least 1 in every 20 tickets will result in a winning entry. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold and the number of tickets purchased by an individual.Ticket Purchase Limit
There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.Winner Notification
BZAG will notify winners using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Winners of one of the eleven main prizes must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. All winners, including main prize winners, must pick up their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within 24 hours (for main prize winners) or to pick up any prize within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will then be donated to BZAG. A list of winners will be made available upon request.Prizes
No substitute prizes or cash equivalents will be awarded. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.Prize Pickup
Prizes will not be shipped. Winners or their designated representatives must pick up prizes from BZAG. A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age may be required at the time of pickup.Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation or prior approval.Liability Waiver
By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless BZAG, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, and the event venue from any claims or liability arising out of their participation in the raffle, acceptance or use of a prize, or violation of these Official Rules. Winners assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and for any damages or injuries resulting from their participation or prize use.Changes to Terms
BZAG reserves the right to modify or change any terms, conditions, policies, or guidelines of this raffle at any time and at its sole discretion.Miscellaneous
This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes or claims arising from the raffle will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nebraska.
